Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avacado-peeled and pitted
  • 2 Tb finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 lime juiced

Preparation

Step 1

Fork avocado until somewhat mashed but still chunky
fold in rest of ingredients

To Store: Cover tightly by layering a sheet of plastic wrap directly on surface of guac.
Gently squeeze out air
