Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup cubed cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1
Cook macaroni according to directions on pkg. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix next ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients. Make sure all the sugar is mixed in well. Pour over macaroni mixture and let set in refrigerator overnight or several days. It gets better the longer it sets.
