Ingredients

  • 2 c instant potato flakes
  • 1 1/2 c cold water
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Cut off chunk of dough and roll into a long tube. Cut into pieces and roll each piece with your index finger to form a shell. Use a lot of flour so they do not stick to the surface when all rolled out. Boil in slightly salted water until done.
Serve with cream sauce or sauce of your choice
