Ingredients

• 2 Cups White Sugar
• 6 Single Soda Crackers
• 4 Whole Eggs
• 2 Egg Yolks
• 3 Lemons, Juice and Rind
• 1/2 Pound Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs until mixed
Add other ingredients
Cook in double boiler until thick
Add butter last and mix well
