Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes (crushed) (16 oz)
  • 1-1/2 tomato soup
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 4-5 c. water
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 t. red pepper
  • 1/2 t. chili powder (or more)
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1/2 t. celery salt
  • cumin, to taste
  • 1/2 t. Knorr's Aromat Seasoning or more
  • 1 t. "Better Than Bouillon" Beef Base or more
  • 1 large (15 oz.) can dark kidney beans
  • 1/2 box elbow macaroni (cooked)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburger, drain off fat. Add onions and celery and simmer till tender. Add tomatoes, tomato soup, water and seasonings. Add macaroni and kidney beans just before serving.
