Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cups light Corn syrup
  • 3 cups peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well together and cook on medium heat

Stir often and cook until a firm ball forms when candy is dropped into cold tap water

Remove from heat add butter and vanilla.

Beat with sppon until it begins to harden on sides of pan

Spoon into buttered muffin tin until cools.

Have muffin tine ready (probably 24) because you have to work with it fast once it begins to harden.
