Ingredients
- Butter crunch:
- 1 8oz. package chopped dates
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (4oz) toasted coconut
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Cook dates in water until thick. cool.
Stir in butter crunch and coconut. Shape level teaspoons of dough over tip of floured thumb, about 3/4" high.
Ease off thumb and place upright on tray.
Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, fill with cream cheese.
