HCG Diet (P3) Flour-free Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp whey low
  • dash of stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs, separated

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together butter, cocoa, whey low, stevia and vanilla. Add egg yolks to the chocolate mixture. Whip the whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the whites into the chocolate mixture. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, or until set. Enjoy with whipped cream.
