  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons stone-ground mustard
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
