*Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffing mix
  • 1/2 box frozen chopped broccoli thawed
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in 9X9 pyrex. Combine all other ingredients in bowl and pour over butter. Bake approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
