Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 48 round ritz crackers
- 2 cups choc. chips
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
Preparation
Step 1
Spread peanut butter on 24 crackers
Top with remaining crackers
Freezr for 30 mins. (laid out in single layers in baking sheet)
Combine choc. chips and shortening in medium bowl.
Microwave at 50% for 5 to 6 mins (stir after half-time)
Using 2 forks, dip each cookie on choc. to coat both sides
Let excess dip back into bowl
Place cookies on wire rack over wax paper
Freeze until firm
