Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 large or 3 small eggs
- 1 reaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice with grated rind
- Vanilla waffers
Preparation
Step 1
Place vanilla wafers in bottom of dixie cups
Pour remaining ingredients into blender
Mix well and pour over wafers
Set cups in muffin tins
Bake at 325 till golden brown
