Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup coconut
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoons salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt into bowl.
Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract. Mix well.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased and floured baking sheet.
Bake at 325 for 20 mins.
Remove from sheet at once.
