Ingredients
- Roma Tomatoes (Can use others)
- Kosher or Sea Salt
- Dried Basil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange on dehydrator trays.
2. Sprinkle very lightly with salt and basil.
3. Dry on vegetable setting (~135) for 8-12 hours, or until crispy.
