Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten lightly
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 c melted margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 15 oz can cream style corn
- 1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 T finely cut parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together; pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until brown on top.
