Ingredients
- 2 T ground cumin
- 2 T curry powder
- 2 T chili powder
- 4 t ground allspice
- 4 t ground cinnamon
- 1 T freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl stir together cumin, curry, chili, allspice, cinnamon, black pepper & cayenne. Store in airtight container up to 1 month.
To use, brush 1 pound chicken or pork with 1 T extra virgin olive oil. Rub 2 t of spice mixture onto meat before cooking.
