Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked spaghetti noodles
- 2-1/4 c chicken broth
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 T lemon pepper rub
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 2 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 oz parmesan cheese grated (divided)
- 2 c broccoli florets
- 1 c sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Break noodles in half. Combine noodles, broth, cream, garlic, and lemon pepper rub in deep covered baker. Microwave covered on high for 14-17 minutes or until noodles are tender. Meanwhile peel and cut carrots into julienne strips. Cut bell pepper lengthwise into strips. Cut carrots and pepper then into 1 inch lengths.
Carefully remove baker from microwave using oven mitts. Add cream cheese and 1/4c parmesan cheese to baker and mix well. Stir in carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, sugar snap peas, and parsley. Microwave covered on high 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with remaining paremsan cheese.
