  • 1/2 STICK OF SOFTEN BUTTER (ROOM TEMPERATURE)
  • 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR
  • 1 EGGS
  • 1 TSP OF PURE LEMON EXTRACT
  • 3/4 ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (SIFTED)
  • 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1/16 TSP OF BAKING SODA
  • 1/16 TSP OF SALT
  • 1/3 CUP MILK
  • 3 TBSP OF REAL LEMON JUICE
  • OPTIONAL: 8 DROPS OF YELLOW FOOD COLORING

1/2 STICK OF BUTTER
1 1/4 CUPS OF POWDERED SUGAR
1/2 TSP OF PURE LEMON EXTRACT
1/16 TSP OF SALT
1 TSP OF REAL LEMON JUICE
