Artichoke Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups jack cheese
- 2 cups artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, flour,baking powder, basil, salt and pepper.
Blend well. Lightly stir in all cheeses. Set aside. Melt butter
in a skiillet and lightly saute onions. Add artichokes and toss with
onions and butter. Cool then add artichoke mixture to egg mixture,
stirring to blend well. Pour mixture into greased 9 X 13 inch baking
dish. Bake uncovered at 350 deg for approximately 40 minutes until
golden brown on top. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
