Peaches in Red Wine

Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Peaches, peeled, pitted & sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry Red Wine
  • 5 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Fresh Mint Leaves for Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

In a med-sized bowl, combine peach slices & sugar & toss gently till sugar dissolves. Add wine & the 5 mint leaves; stir gently to combine. Cover & chill for 1-2 hrs. To serve, remove mint leaves. Spoon mixture into serving dishes. Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves. Serve.
