Ingredients

    lb. boneless breasts, diced

  • 1

    cup onion, chopped

  • 1/3

    cup green pepper, chopped

  • 1

    can corn, drained

  • 1

    tsp. minced garlic

  • 1

    can chopped green chilies

  • 1

    tsp. cumin

  • 1

    tsp. chili powder

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 2

    cups salsa

  • 3

    cups chicken broth

  • 1

    cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients except cheese into a 5 quart slow cooker. Cook on low 8-9 hours. Add cheese, mix in & allow to melt fully. Serve with cornbread.
