Sausage and Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 8 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 t salt
- 1 t ground mustard
- 6 slices white bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (leave on the counter)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage and drain.
In a large bowl beat eggs, stir in milk, salt and mustard. Fold bread cubes, cheddar cheese and sausage into egg mixture.
Pour into a lightly greased 7x11 baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Preheat oven to 350. Remove casserole from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Bake in preheated oven about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
