Ingredients
- 6 Cups Baby Spinach
- 1 Pint Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1-2 Avocado diced
- 4 Ounce gorgonzola crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- half a small red onion thinly sliced
- Poppyseed dressing
- 1/2 cup avocado oil(or any oil, such as olive oil)
- 3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBPS honey
- 1 TBSP poppy seeds
- pinch of dry mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk all the Poppyseed dressing together and put in the fridge until ready to use.
Meanwhile toss all the ingredients together.
Add desired amount of dressing until combined
