Ingredients

  • 6

    Cups Baby Spinach

  • 1

    Pint Strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1-2

    Avocado diced

  • 4

    Ounce gorgonzola crumbled

  • ¼

    cup sliced almonds

  • half a small red onion thinly sliced

  • Poppyseed dressing

  • ½

    cup avocado oil(or any oil, such as olive oil)

  • 3

    TBSP apple cider vinegar

  • 2

    TBPS honey

  • 1

    TBSP poppy seeds

  • pinch of dry mustard

Directions

Whisk all the Poppyseed dressing together and put in the fridge until ready to use. Meanwhile toss all the ingredients together. Add desired amount of dressing until combined
