Avocado Strawbery pinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

  • 6 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 Pint Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1-2 Avocado diced
  • 4 Ounce gorgonzola crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • half a small red onion thinly sliced
  • Poppyseed dressing
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil(or any oil, such as olive oil)
  • 3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TBPS honey
  • 1 TBSP poppy seeds
  • pinch of dry mustard



Step 1

Whisk all the Poppyseed dressing together and put in the fridge until ready to use.
Meanwhile toss all the ingredients together.
Add desired amount of dressing until combined
