Ingredients
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 4 Pork cubed steaks (1 to 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 t pepper
- 4 T canola oil, divided

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat large saute pan on medium high for 2-3 minutes.
Season both sides of pork with salt and pepper.
Dip in flour, then eggs, then break crumbs.
Place 2 T oil in pan and add 2 cutlets at a time.
Cook 4-5 minutes on each side.
