Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pepper to taste

In a skillet, sear chops on both sides in oil. Top with oranges and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
