Cabbage Omelet

(1 T oil)
8 oz bag shredded cabbage mix
(2 t hot sauce)
(3 T water)
8 eggs
(2 - 3 t water)
1 c shredded cheese of choice
2 apples, peeled & chopped
2 bananas, sliced
2 pears, cored and chopped
½ - 1 c vanilla yogurt
1 c granola

Ingredients

- 1 c shredded cheese of choice
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a lg non-stick skillet w lid. Add cabbage, hot sauce and water. Cover and let cabbage steam for approximately 2 min. Drain away excess water. Beat eggs & water in med sized bowl. Pour into skillet with cabbage. Turn heat to med low and cover. Let cook until firm in middle.Sprinkle w/ cheese. Turn off heat, cover & let sit about 5 min to allow cheese to melt. Serve immediately..
