Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 3/4 c sweetened cocoanut
- 3/4 c oats
- 1/4 c flour
- 3 oz each white and dark chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment.
Melt butter with sugar. Stir in salt, cocoanut, oats and flour.
Drop rounded teaspoonsful into baking sheet, keeping about 2” apart.
Bake for 8-12 minutes. Cool 3-4 minutes on sheet. Transfer to rack.
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
