Ingredients
- 4 cups of berries washed and drained
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1 cup sugar
- or
- 3 lb of berries
- 1 1/2 cup brandy
- 3 cups of sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix brandy and sugar together and try to dissolve the sugar.
Pour into ungreased 9x11 pan and bake one hour at 300 degrees (for 3 lbs of berries cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours and stir after 1 hour)
Chill and serve
