Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 t cornstarch
- 1/4 cup beet liquid
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate or vinegar
- 1 T butter
Preparation
Step 1
Drain contents of 2 16 oz cans of diced beets - reserve liquid. Make sauce with the ingredients. When thickened, add beets and simmer until ready to serve.
