Ingredients
- 1 oz Louis Royer Force 53 Cognac
- 1/2 oz Becherovka Herbal Liqueur
- 1/4 oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes baked apple bitters
- 4 oz hot apple cider
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour all ingredients except cider into a mug or glass, stirring to blend.
2. Slowly pour in cider and stir.
3. Adjust the proportion of honey depending on the sweetness of the cider.
4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a clove-studded lemon wheel.
5. For a richer flavor, add butter (about the size of a fingernail). Mix well.
