Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Cornstarch
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 3 Cups Fresh, cooked beets
- 2 Tbs. Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Blend sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Stir in vinegar and water. Mix until smooth. Bring blend to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add beets to hot mixture and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Just before serving, bring to a boil and add butter.
