Ingredients
- 4-5 lb brisket
- garlic salt
- salt
- celery salt
- onion salt
- pepper
- 1/3 bottle liquid smoke
- 1/2 bottle (18 oz) barbecue sauce
- 2 T worcestshire sauce

Step 1
The night before cooking, sprinkle seasonings over all sides of brisket. Be generous. Then add liquid smoke and worcestshire sauce. This will make a paste. Place brisket in plastic bag (seal bag), or in baking dish with lid or heavy duty alum foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 250* for 4 hrs. The uncover and pour off part of juices. Add barbecue sauce, cover and return to oven for 1 hour. May be served warm or cold. Slice thin. May be reheated with more barbecue sauce.
