Cheese and sausage Casserole

  • 5 slices day-old white bread
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
  • 5 eggs beaten
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard



Step 1

Grease the pan. Layer bread, sausage and cheese. Mix together eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Center may be soft but this casserole will be reheated.

Make the night before and reheat for breakfast.
