Banana Nut Cake (non Geb)

Ingredients

  • 7 eggs, seperated
  • 1 C sugar, dividded
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 C bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 C potato starch
  • 1 C walnuts, chopped(optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

1. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

2. Slowly add half the sugar and beat until stiff and glossy.

3.In sep bowl, combine remaining ingredents and mix well.

4. Fold in whites.

5. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch ban and bake for 30 minutes.
