Ingredients
- Beef fillet
- Olive oil
- HERB CRUST
- 125 ml Mie de pan
- 15 ml parmesan cheese, grated
- 20 ml parsley, chopped
- 10 ml rosemary
- crushed black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all the ingredients for the herb crust together.
2. Rub trimmed beef fillet with oil and sear all around.
3. Roll seared fillet of beef into herb crust mixture and press on firmly.
4. Place into pre-heated oven and roast for 12 minutes at 180 C or until medium rare.
