- 1 Egg White
- 1 Tbs Water
- 1 lb Pecan Halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 250. Grease a baking sheet. Whip egg whites and water until frothy
2. In a separate bowl, mix salt, sugar, cinnamon. Add pecans to egg white mixture. Then
3. toss into dry mixture until coated. Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour.
4. Stir every 15 minutes.
