Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
- 2 pkgs. frozen baby broccoli florets (17 oz pkg.)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP curry powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded american cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 TBSP butter, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the chicken breasts and cut them into cubes.
In a greased 9x13 casserole dish, place the broccoli on the bottom and then put the cubed chicken on top.
Add a few shakes of salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine the soup, mayonaise, lemon juice, and curry powder together. Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle the cheese on top. In a small bowl mix the bread crumbs and softened butter together. Spread bread crumbs over the top of the cheese.
Cover with foil and cook in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or till heated through.
