Ingredients
- Ginger Chicken Stir Fry (with asparagus & mushrooms)
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 3 tbls honey
- 1 tbls flour
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tbls olive oil
- 1 lb asparagus trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 vidalia onion cut into thin slices
- 1 carton baby bellas sliced

Preparation
Step 1
cook chicken until almost done remove from pan. add stock, flour, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and red pepper, stir until smooth....add chicken back to pan and cook for about 5 more mins, then add the veggies and cook until tender crisp.
You can serve this over rice but I like to keep it as low carb as possible so we eat it plain~
