    lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small pieces

  • 1

    cup of chicken stock

  • 3

    tbls honey

  • 1

    tbls flour

  • 2

    tbls soy sauce

  • 1

    tsp ground ginger

  • 1

    tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4

    tsp crushed red pepper

  • 1

    tbls olive oil

  • 1

    lb asparagus trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces

  • 1

    vidalia onion cut into thin slices

  • 1

    carton baby bellas sliced

Directions

cook chicken until almost done remove from pan. add stock, flour, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and red pepper, stir until smooth....add chicken back to pan and cook for about 5 more mins, then add the veggies and cook until tender crisp. You can serve this over rice but I like to keep it as low carb as possible so we eat it plain~ Makes 6 servings
