Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (5 oz each)
- 1/4 - 1/3 C packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
- Place salmon in a greased pan
- Divide topping and spread over fillets
- Baked uncovered at 375 for 20 - 23 min. until fish flskes easily with fork
