Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups light cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Beat egg yolks slightly. Add sugar, salt, light cream and vanilla and stir well. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle top with ground nutmeg.

Bake 30 minutes or until firm.
