Warm Broccoli 'N Cheddar Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup Mix
  • 1 container (16 ounce) sour cream
  • 1 pkg. (10 ounce) frozen chopped broccoli or spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)

Preparation

Step 1

In 1-quart casserole dish, combine vegetable recipe soup mix, sour cream, broccoli and 3/4 cup cheese until smooth. Top with remaining1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
