Whole Grain Mustard

Spicy enough that you'd swear there was horseradish in it!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown mustard seeds
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard seeds
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teas. Kosher salt
  • 1 teas. light brown sugar (or honey)

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in small bowl or jar. Stir well and cover for minimum 48 hours. After time is up blend all in bullet type blender until desired consistency. (keep in mind it is not possible for this style to reach a smooth consistency. Don't spend all day blending)
