Hot Artichoke Dip

Excellent,first tried 8/2005. This is the best and easiest artichoke dip recipe. I have tried others and everyone asks for me to go back to this one!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 14oz.) artichoke hearts, drained , chopped.
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Crackers or cocktail rye bread

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In ungreased 1-quart casserole, mix artichokes, onions, mayonnaise and cheese.

2. Cover and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot. Serve with crackers.
