Ingredients
- one 15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1
1. combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add a little water to dilute to preferred consistency. Serve at room temp. Store in airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week.
