Cream Puffs (Chocolate Eclair Frosting)

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg.

Blend in butter chocolate, vanilla.

Add sugar and blend well.

Spread on top of filled eclairs.

Refrigerate.
