Ingredients
- 6-10 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium pkg Velvetta Cheese (use 3/4 of the package
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crispy. Crumble. Fry onion in bacon drippings until tender. Add bacon and tomatoes. Saute and simmer until juices are reduced. Add cubed cheese. Stir until melted and pour on taco chips.
