Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets (tilapia, flounder, haddock, etc.)
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Old Bay seasoning (optional)
  • Basil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Cover a rectangular baking sheet (or dish) with aluminum foil. Grease with cooking spray. Place the fillets on the sheet. Dash with garlic and onion powder. If desired, dash with Old Bay seasonings. Top with a pinch of basil.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fillets are fluffy. If the fillets are thicker, the baking time will need to increase depending on the thickness.

Note:
• This is great served with roasted potatoes and a green vegetable (such as broccoli, asparagus, or green beans).
