Stir Fried Tofu

Ingredients

  • 4 oz "AJINOMOTO TOFU SAUCE"
  • 1/2 cake (approx. 8 oz) tofu (firm)
  • 3 oz broccoli
  • 1 oz red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp "AJINOMOTO RICE BRAN OIL"

Preparation

Step 1

1. Press water out of tofu for 20-30 minutes, then dice into 1/2 inch cubes.
2. Cut broccoli into small pieces and cut red bell pepper into 1 x 1/8 inch pieces.
3. Heat "AJINOMOTO RICE BRAN OIL" in a frying pan, and stir-fry broccoli and red bell pepper for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tofu and "AJINOMOTO TOFU SAUCE", and stir-fry for another minute.
4. Arrange on serving plate.
